It’s the festival of Karva Chauth, and the women observing the fast are having their meal before sunrise. While Tara looks upset, Rajat leaves the table immediately due to his deteriorating health.
Rajat has developed a throat infection, as the doctor informs everyone. This news shocks the family, especially since Rajat has an important auction to attend. Rajat and Aman are worried about how they will handle the auction bidding under these circumstances, sparking a new drama at home.
“What do we do, man? This land is crucial for our factory’s future.” Aman exclaims, trying to figure out how they will communicate during the auction. Rajat, unable to speak, resorts to writing on a piece of paper, but his handwriting is hard to decipher.
Suddenly, everyone arrives, and as they read Rajat’s eyes, the family understands his plight. Despite Rajat’s throat infection and inability to speak, he manages to convey his thoughts through gestures and writing, albeit with great difficulty. The family decides that Savi will accompany Rajat to the auction, where she will interpret his cues and place the bids.
At the auction, Rajat faces tough competition from Arsh and Ashika. Every time Arsh places a bid, Rajat increases it, with Savi’s support. However, when the bidding reaches ₹140 crores, Savi stops Rajat from going higher.
