Asim Riaz is back with another music video, this time sans Himanshi Khurrana. The ‘Bigg Boss 13’ contestant is seen in Barbie Maan’s track called ‘Teri Gali’. The song lingers on your mind much after the video has ended. Not just that, the story also touches your heart.
Based in the times of a love story before partition, ‘Teri Gali’ is crooned by Guru Randhawa and Barbie Maan. Barbie is seen as an old lady, remembering the times spent in Lahore before 1947. She has to migrate to safer parts of India due to the partition, and thus lose her lover Asim Riaz.
She remembers some last moments with Asim, and the soothing track just flows with the romantic scenes. From there, it is just a flashback of their special moments with the hookline ‘Main Teri Gali Aa Gayi Sajna’ touching the chord every single time. The last scene where she says ‘Ant Kahaaniyaan Da Honda, Khayalaan Da Nahi‘ (Stories come to an end, memories don’t) is something that stays with you.
