Anuj Kapadia finds himself constantly thinking about his friend Anu, who is now 26 years old. Despite a five-year separation and relationships with Shruti and Aadhya, his feelings for Anu have only intensified. Aadhya, who harbors resentment towards her mother Anupamaa Joshi, struggles to manage Anuj’s fixation on Anu and decides to leave India to stay in an orphanage. Anuj, deeply in love with Anupamaa, remains unfazed by the disruption of his first wedding celebration by Shruti. His focus is on Anu’s victory in the Superstar Master Chef competition in America, as he wishes for her to soar high.
Anupamaa is heartbroken when her restaurant, Spice and Chutney, faces closure. Anuj steps in to support Anu once again if the restaurant shuts down. He indirectly helps Yasheep Dhillon repay the bank loans that his brother had taken for the restaurant. A distressed Anu learns about a potential investor for the restaurant and redirects her energy towards winning the celebrity Master Chef competition and helping Yasheep clear all his debts, as Spice and Chutney is her sanctuary. As the Shah family returns to India, Anu contemplates extending her stay in America.
Aadhya, resolved to stay in the orphanage, remains firm in her decision, while Anuj decides to settle in India. There, he might encounter his elder brother Ankush and Barkha, who continue to live in the Kapadia residence. These expected twists and turns are intertwined with the lingering question – will Aadhya return to the orphanage?
